Bruin Tank

Bruin Tank is UCLA's startup pitch competition. I direct it.

For the 2027 edition I run applicant selection down to 18 finalist teams, put together the venture capital panel, and manage a $1,500 top prize.

I recruited Notion, Perplexity, and Arc as sponsors. Alumni of the competition have raised more than $26M, and one team went on to Shark Tank.

The 2026 edition ran with 8 judges, 200+ attendees, and 40+ competing teams.
